The main processing equipment for this type of parts are CNC machining center and precision grinder.The material of the parts is S136, and the hardness of heat treatment is hrc48-52.This type of material is highly polished and highly ductile.Especially suitable for mechanical equipment.The dimensional accuracy tolerance of the relative position of the hole in the figure is ±0.01mm. We use the imported processing center to ensure dimensional accuracy.The concentricity of two fine holes shall be ±0.01mm, and the correct reference shall be found during processing.We use a high precision surface grinder to grind the surfaces of parts to achieve a RA0.6 finish.The main instruments of measurement are: altimeter, calipers and projectors.
